I AM STUMPED AGAIN!

WHAT WAS THIS USED FOR?

I have studied these drawings carefully and I am still stumped as to their intended purpose! The only clue I can offer is the overall width; it is slightly larger than the width of standard gauge track. I know even less about the “Crescent Grip”.

If you know what these are, or even if you can only offer a “SWAG”, please use the comment box below to leave your input. Maybe, if you submit a REALLY good idea, I’ll name a star after you!

IS THIS A WRENCH OR A FASTENER?
