WHAT WAS A “WHEEL STICK” USED FOR?

THE "WHEEL STICK" IS USED FOR _________ !

Can someone identify what a “wheel stick” was used for? I have not been able to think of a plausible use for it. Given the drawing subject is a stand for a’wheel stick”, whatever purpose it was put required it be kept at hand at the work-site.

    • Hello Don,
Thank you for the information. It is certainly definitive and very helpful. My problem, extending over the past 50 years, is I cannot understand Patent jargon at all.
